Bach Flower Level I,II & III Certification

This seminar introduces you to Dr. Bach’s philosophy of self-help and simplicity. The program will give detailed information on all 38 flower remedies, including client case studies, and is recommended for those who wish to use the remedies personally or to integrate them into use with clients. It is a prerequisite to Level 2 and Practitioner Training.

Active Isolated Stretching: Upper Body

Learn the 7 Principles of Active Isolated Stretching, an exciting physiological specific muscle lengthening technique to increase circulation and oxygen to the superficial and deep fascia tissues. The seminar involves reading the body through client assessment and provides specific protocols of how to safely lengthen muscles and fascia using reciprocal inhibition while simultaneously maintaining a physiologically-based agonist-antagonist relationship. This class focuses on the upper body.

Most classes focus on the seven basic chakras and their role in maintaining good health. We will cover these and expand this picture of the chakras and their greater spiritual importance. Drawing upon wisdom traditions from around the world—including Chinese qi medicine, shamanism, and modern science.
