Exploring movement in a body of warm water is a great way to learn proper body mechanics and also to find a sense of fluidity and patience in one's work, which can then be easily extended to the the table side of massage or even into body work which takes place on the floor.
Donna Duncan, the facilitator of this magical weekend, studied the warm water body work, known as Watsu- (translated as Water Shiatsu) at Harbin Hot Springs under the supervision of its creator, Harold Dull.
So if the idea of floating effortlessly in warm waters appeals to you (or if you are interested in healing your relationship with water) then come share a weekend of nurturing at this unique body work intensive.
