We will discuss the properties of each chakra. We will learn the relationships in the body, color, sound, elements and conditions related to the chakra. Learning foods, oils and stones and others that help balance the chakra is an important part of this class. We are going to have meditation and affirmation as a part of the journey through the chakras.
