Bernice Nielsen has been an esthetician for 25 years and a massage therapist for 17 years. Her many years of experience include advanced training where she learned arts and techniques of massage that are experienced in the finer salons of the world.

She specializes in manual lymph drainage and has been specially trained in Austria where she gained expertise in, among other things, manual lymph drainage for use in the treatment of lymphodema, and pre and post-operative cleansing services. Her spa service specialties include body wrapping, Parafango, the finer points of herbal wrapping, exfoliations and cellulite massage. Her knowledge of the finer points of massage are taught in her Finesse class where specialized strokes and combinations of strokes come together to create that special feel sought by the more experienced massage client.

She now passes on this knowledge in classes offered in Lymphatic Drainage Massage, as well as Finesse and Spa Services, thus giving students an opportunity to learn techniques that she has mastered only through years of specialized training and experience. She has been an instructor with Dr. James Mally’s Healing Arts Institute for over ten years.
