How to harness the transforming powers of crystals, to create balance and well-being of mind, body and spirit.
Every element in the universe that makes up physical matter was formed within the stars. Throughout universal space the same raw materials come together to form crystals.
In this class we will discover together the amazing world of Crystals. We will learn and explore:
- The science of the origins and nature of different types of crystals. This will include information on the significance of structure, color and clarity.
- The history of crystal therapy and how various kinds of crystals have been used by man for thousands of years as tools and powerful healing aids.
- How to choose your unique personal crystals, what the most important criterion is when selecting a crystal and how to tell if it is a vibrational match to your purpose.
- The methods of processing crystals for therapy.
- The different ways of cleansing and clearing of your crystals.
- You will learn about the history of crystal grids and the many types and how to make your own powerful healing crystal grid.
- The role of crystals and how they relate to the chakras.
- How to recognize the distinct healing attributes of different types of crystals.
Using our various gemstones, together we will go on a crystal journey that will be a guided meditation session providing a deep self-healing. The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience, with plenty of time for practice.
Please bring any crystals or gemstones of your own that you would like to work with.
