The Process (or processing) is a stress release technique. It is a tool that can help individuals improve all areas of life, such as: Relationships, Marriage, Career Satisfaction, Health, Financial Security, Parenting.
How does The Process work?
The Process can help us identify our negative belief patterns and the age when they were created. Beliefs are usually decided upon at an early age. Our perception is colored by the beliefs we hold in our minds. As we grow, we often continue using these belief patterns even when they are not effective.
Processing can help us make new choices about our belief systems. As we change our perceptions of the past, we alter our perception and experience of the future. We can mature emotionally, be more effective in our communication, and release toxins that affect the functions of the body. Our health can be greatly improved when we use the power of the mind, body, and spirit to bring about healing and well being. We have greater power to get what we choose out of life.
Is this considered traditional counseling or therapy?
Processing is not traditional counseling or therapy. It does not include diagnosing or prescribing medication. Instead, processing is associated with psycho-neuro-immunology (PNI). This science focuses on how our thoughts and feelings affect our health.
What technique should you expect when participating in a processing session?
In a process you will learn how to use guided imagery with your clients, applied kinesiology, NLP, charka work, speaking out feelings, role play, inner child work, guided visualization and meditation techniques. It is our purpose in using these techniques to bring the client to a place of inner healing and a strong sense of well being and closure with the issues being addressed.
The Emotional Release Process is very effective with children as well as adults and can usually be completed in a 60 to 90 minute session once learned.
The Class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience, with lots of time for practice.
The Sacramento classroom is held on the top 3rd floor of the Beauty Building at 920 J Street, across from Cesar Chavez Park. Parking is easiest in the parking garage on 10th Street, on the other side of the park.
The downside to classes at the downtown location is paying for parking. The upside of classes downtown is the atmosphere; the room with the big picture window overlooking the park and recently newly remodeled building itself. Also there are many lovely restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance from your class which can make break and lunch times satisfying and enjoyable. (There is a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in our break room there if you prefer to eat lunch in your classroom too.)
