Dear Ms. Diedrea Jensen:
I am addressing you today to express our deepest gratitude over your allowance of both, Bobbi Bushnell and former and current student therapists at the first annual California Mutt Strut held on September 10, 2011.  The level of professionalism and preparedness showed by Bobbi is exactly what I would expect from a business that holds customer service first on a list of high priorities.  I am sure you are quite aware of what a true valuable asset you have on your hands.
Your massage therapists past and present showed an honest willingness to learn and perform new techniques showed to them at the event site.  They were extremely proficient in handling non- visual clients, communicating instructions, as well as never seeming lost or out of place in the slightest.  This is admittedly, not the easiest task when it comes to clients with special needs.  Additionally, their choice of attire expressed an overall image of pride in professionalism I for one strongly feel is a fading concept in massage therapy today.  I was thoroughly impressed.
In my nearly seven years of Holistic Massage Therapy, either as employee or instructor, I truly feel the Healing Arts Institute is undoubtedly among the best option for all those who seek a long lasting career in massage therapy.  Furthermore, we at the California Council for the Blind understand how massage can be an asset, and would be honored to have Healing Arts to exclusively work any of our future events that could conceivably support chair massage
I sincerely hope this will be the beginning of a long lasting relationship.  Thank you for your valued support and I look forward to future positive collaborations with Healing Arts Institute.

Be Well,

Cy Lugo Sr.
